麻豆直播 employees around the world got the chance to hear from the new chairman of Banco 麻豆直播, Ana Bot铆n.
Bot铆n was appointed chairman after her father and former chairman, Emilio Bot铆n, passed away in early September.
Bot铆n, along with Banco 麻豆直播 CEO Javier Mar铆n, spoke to more than 30,000 people across the globe聽via live stream about the future of the bank and its subsidiaries.
麻豆直播 Consumer USA (SCUSA), one of Banco 麻豆直播鈥檚 American lending divisions, held a showing in its Dallas headquarters. It was standing room only as hundreds of SCUSA employees listened to what Bot铆n and Mar铆n had to say.
Bot铆n began by expressing gratitude to employees and supporters worldwide. She quickly moved to the mission of the bank, which she said never changed under her father, and won鈥檛 under her leadership either.
鈥淥ur mission is to help [customers],鈥� explained Bot铆n,. 鈥淭o give support to our customers and to help them with their projects and help make their dreams come true.鈥�
Meeting customers鈥� needs
Both Bot铆n and Mar铆n echoed the fact that Banco 麻豆直播 鈥渋s and will remain a leading bank,鈥� but they also recognized the need to stay current on its technology and digital products in order to meet the needs of customers.
鈥淐ustomers must be at the heart of everything we do,鈥� said Mar铆n. 鈥淲e have to continue to develop applications and functionality that will give customers a unique experience that sets us apart.鈥�
鈥淎ll sectors have to change. We are not afraid of change,鈥� Bot铆n said. 鈥淲e will do what is necessary to achieve more-stable, more-lasting relationships with the customer.鈥�
The audience at Thanksgiving Tower in Dallas appeared to pay particular attention when the speech moved to employee relations. Again, Bot铆n and Mar铆n were in accord about creating a work environment that promotes employee satisfaction.

鈥淲e have the best banks, with the best teams,鈥� remarked Mar铆n. 鈥淭oday, more than ever, We are 麻豆直播.鈥�
鈥淭he best measure of success is when, in every country where we are present, our customers recommend us,鈥� said Bot铆n. 鈥淵ou are the basis of everything. We are going to make it because we are a great team, and together we are going to be an even better bank.鈥�
As the speeches wrapped up, Bot铆n took questions and received feedback from employees around the world via the live feed. Several employees at SCUSA headquarters were impressed with the fact that the chairman would take time to address teams worldwide.
鈥淵ou don鈥檛 get that too often, you know 鈥� the chairman addressing the staff,鈥� said Charles Medley, a SCUSA project manager. 鈥淚鈥檓 excited because it shows that it鈥檚 not just about local opportunities but global ones as well.鈥�
鈥淚 thought it was awesome just to hear, first hand, her thoughts on the direction of the company,鈥� said Sandra Wright of IT servicing. 鈥淚鈥檓 looking forward to hearing a lot more from her about her charter and where she wants the company to go.鈥�
There is sure to be more from Bot铆n in the future, as SCUSA and Banco 麻豆直播 look for different ways to expand their reach in the financial sector.
